Duration of Policy: Our refund and returns policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.

Non-Returnable Items: In addition to the aforementioned exempt items, the following items are also non-returnable:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
